Favourable location, the area in general was great close to the main touristic attractions in the center and sightseeing and the central market and sights of the old town. Incredible setting, views of city. Moreover, a market and a convenience store were steps from the apartment. There was a good restaurant on the way. Great service from the host. Such touches as a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and a microwave oven were useful. Had a bathtub.

The location was absolutely perfect and incredible with easy access to a public market. Everything was simply brand-new. The service was great, great job. Hosts were helpful, even gave us room with a usable shower.

We had an excellent stay in Valencia very close to the central market and sights of the old town as well as the main touristic attractions. It was magnificent very close to all the main monuments.- Walked in 10 minutes to Horchateria Santa Catalina that serves coffee and treats.Our stay at Unik Apartments Valencia was fantastic. The location was perfect, being near the central market, old town, and popular tourist spots. we enjoyed the proximity to iconic monuments and the convenience of reaching places like Horchateria Santa Catalina within a short walking distance.

We stayed 4 nights here, nevertheless it was an excellent experience. Check out café Trapezzio Cafe, we found it 1 km away. The entire interior decor was lovely.

The room had AC, a well-equipped kitchen, and a dining table. There was a shower, hairdryer, and bath sheets in the bathroom. The location was a short walk to many bars and restaurants. The staff and host were friendly and welcoming.

Brand new and clean hotel, with friendly staff and a great location near Mercado Markets and food shops. The bathroom is nice, the bed is comfortable, and the apartment is spacious and well-equipped. The host was helpful and made sure we had a pleasant stay, with a late checkout option. good value for money. 😊

I had a fantastic stay at Unik. Apartments! The value for money was great, and the room was clean, beautifully decorated, and had all the facilities I needed. The location was perfect, with lots of bars and restaurants nearby, and it was within walking distance to the main tourist attractions. The staff, especially Bianca and Amanda, were incredibly helpful and friendly.

The breakfast menu could use some improvement, perhaps by offering a wider variety of options.

The rooms were clean and I had no issues during my stay, and it's conveniently located near l'oceanografic.
